Service Description
✨Join me on a Fortnightly Friday evening to rejuvenate your body for the upcoming weekend and release the tension of the week. Experience a session centered around Sun Salutations, including standing, seated, and supine poses. We'll also explore breathwork to enhance the connection between your mind and body. With lots of cues and variations to help you learn, develop and sink into your yoga practice. You'll feel refreshed, calm and ready for the weekend. - Please wear comfortable clothes that you feel free to move and stretch in. - You may like to bring a jumper or warmer layer for the Savasana (relaxation) at the end of our session. - We recommend you practice barefoot as this allows for better grip and balance and helps to ground and connect you with the earth. - Yoga mats and props are provided for the class and mats are wiped down in between sessions. However, do feel free to bring your own yoga mat and/or props if you prefer. 🧘Totally new to yoga? Let me know when you make your first booking so I can help make your first class as accessible as possible.
Cancellation Policy
🔹 Sharing Spaces: We'd love as many students as possible to make it to our classes. If you can’t attend a booked class for any reason then your space could be used by someone else and vice versa. Please aim to give as much notice as possible. 🔹 Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule your class 24 hours in advance on our site. This opens opportunities for others on the waitlist. 🔹 Refunds & Transfers: Cancel 24 hours before for a refund or transfer to another date. 🔹 Our Commitment: If we have to cancel, we'll notify you via email, offering a full refund (minus booking fees) or the option to transfer your ticket.
